Congratulations to Certified Nursing Assistant Lena Henderson on being named Employee of the Quarter for the Comprehensive Care Center!
CCC Executive Director of Nursing and Operations Kirsten Chipps nominated Lena for her outstanding dedication, compassion and teamwork in her job.
“Lena consistently goes above and beyond for her residents, always ensuring they feel cared for, respected and valued,” the nomination noted. “She takes the time to truly connect with those in her care, often anticipating their needs before they even have to ask.”
Lena’s kindness and compassion truly make a difference in the lives of her residents and their families.
Lena, who has worked at the CCC for almost two years, is also an “incredible team player,” Kirsten noted. “She never hesitates to lend a helping hand to her coworkers, no matter how busy the shift may be. Her willingness to support others creates a positive and collaborative work environment that strengthens the entire team.”
Lena also has a “bright and bubbly attitude,” Kirsten said. She has a positivity and energy that “is contagious.”
“Her uplifting spirit helps boost morale and brings joy not only to the residents but also to the staff around her.”
