Lompoc Valley Medical Center is seeking additional participants for its Patient and Family Advisory Council, or PFAC. 

The volunteer advisory group is a partnership between the hospital’s healthcare professionals and the surrounding community. 

The aim of the PFAC is to: 

• Help shape the quality of care and services at LVMC 

• Provide valuable insights to improve patient experience 

• Work alongside hospital staff and leadership to create solutions 

• Ensure the needs of patients and families are being heard and addressed

Members will work to ensure patients and families have a voice to influence culture change in hospital processes, raise awareness about hospital programs and improve patient safety and outcomes.
