Dr. Novin-Baheran is a board-certified internal medicine physician and has been a member of the medical staff since 2010. She graduated from medical school at the American University of the Caribbean in 2004 and subsequently completed residency training at MetroHealth Hospital-Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio in internal medicine in 2007. She moved to the Lompoc area with her family in 2010. Dr. Novin-Baheran has been practicing hospital-based medicine since 2007. Her husband, Dr. David Lemmel, is a primary care physician at Lompoc Health - North Third Center.
