Grant Funding or Assistance
In accordance with California Health & Safety Code Section 32139, the Lompoc Healthcare District provides limited financial assistance through Board-approved community sponsorships that support programs and events aligned with the District's mission to improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
The District does not maintain a competitive community grant program. Sponsorships are considered on an individual basis and are approved by the Board of Directors as part of the District's annual budget and public meeting process.Recipients

Employee Educational Assistance
The Lompoc Healthcare District also supports workforce development through its Employee Educational Assistance Program.
Eligible employees may receive reimbursement for approved educational expenses upon successful completion of coursework in accordance with District policy. Educational assistance awards are approved by the Board of Directors and administered internally.
Information regarding individual employee educational assistance awards is maintained by the District in accordance with applicable personnel privacy laws and District policy.
This page is updated annually following the close of each fiscal year and upon approval of applicable sponsorships by the Lompoc Healthcare District Board of Directors.
