Dr. James Trettin sees patients at LVMC’s Emergency Department as well as in the family practice and urgent care in Lompoc Health – North H Center.

He previously worked as a family practitioner in rural New Zealand and as a locum consultant in Emergency Departments in Maine. He works primarily night shifts in the Emergency Department, while his wife, Dr. Lee Silkman, sees patients at LVMC: Physician Services. They are the parents of two young sons.
