Roger McConnell is a long-time resident of the Lompoc Valley and has been a Financial Advisor for more than 20 years. He and his wife Virginia, a retired kindergarten teacher, graduated from the University of Oregon. They have two children, Kelsey and Kirk, and three beautiful grandchildren. Roger served on the LVMC Board of Directors from 1996-2018. He was re-elected in 2020.
