About this Video

At Lompoc Valley Medical Center, our mission has always been to provide exceptional healthcare close to home. Our physicians, nurses, and staff daily demonstrate their commitment to serving our community with compassion, skill, and dedication.

It is this commitment that continues to strengthen LVMC not only in the care we provide, but also in our overall stability as an organization.

I am proud to share that LVMC remains fiscally strong and stable. This stability lets us focus on what matters most: caring for you and your loved ones.

We also recognize the reduction in Medicaid/Medi-Cal funding is expected to impact healthcare providers across the country and will present financial challenges for our organization as well.

I want to assure you that LVMC is prepared to meet those challenges.

We are actively engaged in advocacy efforts and working closely with local, state, and federal partners, as well as other healthcare organizations, to help lessen the impact of these reductions. Through these collaborations, we are striving to minimize the financial impact and ensure that high-quality healthcare remains available right here in our community.

What gives me confidence is not only LVMC’s financial and operational strength but also the resilience of our entire team. Time and again, our staff have risen to challenges, finding solutions and working together in the service of our patients. That spirit, combined with the trust and support of our community, enables us to look to the future with optimism.

Thank you for continuing to trust LVMC. Together, we will ensure that high-quality healthcare remains accessible in the Lompoc Valley today and for future generations.
