Lompoc Health has opened a new outpatient lab draw station designed specifically to support the unique needs of our hematology and oncology patients.
This new service supports our broader mission: delivering high-quality, compassionate cancer and blood disorder care close to home, with a focus on both clinical excellence and quality of life.
The outpatient draw station at our Hematology-Oncology building is dedicated exclusively to hematology and oncology patients who have lab orders from our providers. Appointments are currently available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Fridays from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. All visits are scheduled in advance, allowing our team to provide timely, efficient service while minimizing time spent waiting.
By creating a specialized setting, we can better streamline the lab process and reduce wait times for patients who often require frequent testing as part of their care plans. As patient demand increases, hours may be expanded to better meet the needs of our community.
For hematology and oncology patients, routine lab work is an essential part of diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing monitoring. This new draw station reflects our focus on making that process as smooth and supportive as possible -- keeping care close to home while maintaining a high standard of service.
From advanced cancer therapies and treatment for blood disorders such as anemia, lymphoma, and myeloma, to infusion services and supportive care, Lompoc Health – Hematology-Oncology provides comprehensive services as well as coordination with imaging and specialty providers -- all designed to support patients through every step of their journey.
To schedule an appointment or learn more, patients can contact the Hematology/Oncology office at (805) 735-1155. Lompoc Health – Hematology-Oncology is located at 1213 E. Ocean Ave., Suite 102.
